I Felt It!

I felt The Remix today for the first time. This was more than a kick. I put my hand on Amber's stomach, rubbed for a sec, and I could feel something hard in there. Not sure if it was a butt or a head, but it was something. So cool!

Doctor Appointments and Hospital Bags

Now that the baby due date is getting closer, Amber has doctor appointments every week instead of monthly. She's a trooper about them, and very glad that her blood work is all done. She hates the needles. As we get closer, the appointments will become weekly.

For me, I'm ready to get the hospital bag ready. I don't know what needs to go in it, but I'm sure it's all very important and very strange. I also think we need two, one for my car and one for hers. We have to be ready. What if we're having a big Sunday (Home Depot, maybe Bed Bath and Beyond if we have time), then it starts? We need to be prepared, regardless of the car we're driving, b/c once it starts I'm going to be like white on pregnant rice. I'm not going to miss the birth of The Remix because I was out getting stuff from the house.

Back From Bermuda

Well, we made it back from our babymoon. Bermuda was amazing! It's seriously paradise. Here is a photo of Amber below, or click here for more pics.

Update

Hey people.

Life moves pretty fast. Here is a pic of Amber from last week. She is 6 months along now, doing great, and is starting to notice that she is getting more tired. I'm guess The Remix is starting to demand more and more of her. Tired or not, she is still radiant.

I've felt numerous kicks and It even kicked my face once. I'm still flabbergasted by that.


I'll get more pics this weekend... when we're in Bermuda! Yes, we've going to the island for a few days of R+R. This is the last trip before we'll have to drag the rugrats with us or ditch them with a sitter.
