Wows.

Two epiphanies in as many days.

1. Amber and will be responsible for buying Christmas presents for Scarlett. Now and forever.

2. We also have to go around on Halloween with the little girl.

Mega wow.

It's not that I mind doing these things, nor am I concerned about money or time. It's just I'm doing all the grown up things I never quite understood that parents (and parents all over the world) do for their kids. Rite of passage for parenthood? Maybe. I'm sure I had the same "little babys all grows up" feeling when I paid rent for the first time or put gas in my first car. It was an exciting feeling feeling then, and it is now too.

yeah, I'm all like, my god, I have to build her a play area at the cafe now. And build a haunted house for halloween. And find some man to put christmas lights up every year. Basically, we are now in charge of the magic. We must create it and all experiences for her from now on!
